Here’s a sensible sign of something beyond.
Stars are like saints, and the sun stands for God.
On earth, i.e., in “this” world, one can only see the stars at night, when the sun is gone. Thus, human saints are revealed most conspicuously when God is hidden.
But go into outer space, i.e., “heaven,” and you’ll see both the sun and many more stars shining ever brighter. This signifies that in spiritual heaven, though God remains sui generis, He does not overpower the starlight, i.e., the glory of the blessed.
